Welcome to RandomPCTips.com – a site designed to help provide people some better insight into using, maintaining and getting the most out of their computing experience.  My goal is to provide helpful tips to anyone out there using a Windows based computer as well as information on solving some common problems.

My name is Matt and I have been working with computers professionally for about 8 years.  In that time I have spent time working a help desk, managing a network, running an IT department, consulting and managing multiple networks.  I have fairly extensive experience with troubleshooting and really enjoy working with computers.
